Information Regarding Open Records Requests and Right To Inspect Public Records
Pursuant to KRS 61.876 the Spencer County Ethics Commission establishes the Office of the Spencer County Attorney at 7 West Main Street, (mail to: PO Box 1000) Taylorsville Kentucky as its principal office location for Open Records information. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm (closed 12-1 for lunch). Copies can be provided at 10 cents per page.
Written requests shall include:

- specific documents being requested, or as much descriptive information as possible to identify requested documents
- preferred method of receipt (paper copy, fax, email, or onsite inspection)
- requester's name, address, phone and/or fax number, email
