Rate Change as of 01/01/2011: The payroll tax has been lowered to 0.80% (.008) of gross wages earned in Spencer County, KY. The net profit tax which will be due April 15, 2012 has also been lowered to 0.80% (.008) of net profits earned in Spencer County. Net profit business taxes due April 15, 2011 are still calculated at 1% of net profits earned in Spencer County.
